SYMPTOMS
When you point to a menu, a submenu may not appear. For example, if you click Start, and then point to Programs, the submenu may not appear. You must click the menu for the submenu to appear.
CAUSERESOLUTIONWARNING: If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may
require you to reinstall your operating system. Microsoft cannot guarantee that you can solve
problems that result from using Registry Editor incorrectly. Use Registry Editor at your own
risk. To resolve this issue, decrease the value of Menushowdelay, or remove the entry from the following registry key, and then restart your computer: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\desktop
