The Internet Security and Acceleration Server Report Log Is Empty

In Internet Security and Acceleration Server (ISA) 2000, you can create report jobs. The default path for these reports is Program Files\ISA Server\ISAlogs. If you have modified the default path of the log file, the report is empty when you open it.

This behavior occurs if you have modified the default ISA log path to something other than the default path.

To resolve this behavior, copy the log files manually to the default folder.

To create report jobs in ISA:

1. In the ISA Server snap-in, click ISA Server, and then double-click Monitoring Configuration.
2. Right-click Report Jobs.
3. Click Action, click New, and then click Report Job.

After you create the job, you can run it immediately. You can also run the report on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. To view the completed report, click ISA Management, click Monitoring, and then click Reports.
