When you are using the H & R Block TaxCut Deluxe 2001 program, you may receive the following error message:
Taxcut.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

This issue occurs because TaxCut Deluxe 2001 is not completely compatible with Microsoft Windows XP. RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, obtain and install the most current Windows Compatibility Update from the Critical Updates section of the following Microsoft Web site:
