Description of Enterprise Implementation Framework (EIF) for Project Professional 2000 and Project Server 2000

This article provides an overview of the Microsoft Project Professional Enterprise Implementation Framework (EIF) and tells you how to obtain it.

The EIF provides a structured technique and set of guidelines that you can use to implement Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft Project Professional to meet the enterprise project management needs of your organization. The EIF is not intended for IT professionals but instead for the Project Management office or other senior project managers who decide how the system is to be used for enterprise project management.
