SYMPTOMS

When you install the Microsoft Internet Explorer hotfix Q323759, you may receive the following application error message in Commerce 2000 or Commerce 2002 Business Desk.

NOTE: Look in Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel to verify that this hotfix is installed.

Mshta.exe - Application Error The instruction at "0x637bb64f" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read". Click OK to terminate the program Click CANCEL to debug the program.

RESOLUTION
