2002, obtain the Rsaenh.dll file from the Pocket PC 2002 software development
kit (SDK). Rsaenh.dll implements the security features of SQL Server CE.
Rsaenh.dll is available as a redistributable .cab file in the Pocket PC 2002

Rootcert.exe tool that is supplied with SQL Server CE. This file is installed
