This Support WebCast will discuss and review the new Volume Shadow Copy service that is available in Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Windows Server 2003.

Samantha MacInnes is a Support Professional for Product Support Services. She has been with Microsoft for more than three years and is a member of the Premier Setup Support team.
