FIX: The FTP resume feature fails when you try to restart a file download in IIS 6

In Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 6, the FTP resume feature fails when you try to restart a file download.

This problem occurs when the file that you are trying to download is larger than 4 gigabytes (GB).

This problem occurs if you download more than 4 GB of the file before you try to restart the download.
