You run the IIS Lockdown Tool in Express mode on a computer that is running Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 5.0. Then, you try to browse .asp pages on a Web site. In this scenario, the .asp pages are not displayed as expected in the Web browser. Instead, you receive one of the following error messages: Message 1 Object disabled Message 2 HTTP 404 - File not found CAUSEThis issue occurs when the IIS Lockdown Tool maps the .asp file name extension to the 404.dll file. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, map the .asp file name extension to the Asp.dll file. To do this, follow these steps:
