  • You create an FTP Web site in IIS.
  • You upload a file to the FTP Web site.
  • The file that you uploaded is changed by a process that is not an FTP service process.
In this scenario, the Inetinfo.exe process stop responding.

CAUSE

This problem occurs if the file has a Unicode name that is not usable by the FTP service. A Unicode name longer than 260 characters is considered unusable by the FTP service.
