On a computer that is running a x64-based version of Windows Server 2003, you enable the Microsoft Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) performance monitor counters by using the ODBC Data Source Administrator tool. When you try to add counters in System Monitor (Perfmon.exe), no performance objects and no counters are listed in the Add Counters dialog box. Additionally, the following event is logged in the Application log: Event Type: Warning

WORKAROUNDTo work around this problem, disable the ODBC performance monitor counters if you want to monitor counters other than the ODBC performance monitor counters. To disable the ODBC performance monitor counters, follow these steps:
