FIX: Error message when IIS 6.0 receives the entity body for an HTTP POST request while an application pool is recycled: "The underlying connection was closed"

Consider the following scenario. Internet Information Services (IIS) 6.0 receives the entity body for an HTTP POST request from a client computer. At the same time, an application pool is recycled. In this scenario, the HTTP POST request may be disconnected. Therefore, you may receive an error message that resembles the following on the client computer:When this problem occurs, the following error message is logged in the HTTP error log on the server computer:Note By default, the HTTP error log is in the following location:

This problem occurs because the Http.sys driver stops processing requests for the application pool that is recycled.

Hotfix information
