Dr. Watson Log File Is Not Saved When You Click OK

If you click OK when you fill out the optional information field to describe what you were doing at the time a log file was generated in order to send a report to a support technician, the log file may not be saved.

To resolve this issue, click Save or Save As on the File menu instead of clicking OK to create a log file.
