Fax Status Monitor Shows Status for Only One Fax Device

This article describes the behavior of the Windows 2000 Fax Status Monitor when you install two fax devices on the server.

The Fax Status Monitor shows the status of the highest priority fax device only, even though you can install two fax devices. If you use two fax devices, you cannot see the progress of a fax sent or end the fax call from the second fax device.

You can use the MMC snapin to monitor some status on more than one modem.
