Works: Spreadsheet Gridlines Are Not Printed

When you attempt to print a spreadsheet from Microsoft Works, the gridlines may not be printed.

This behavior can occur if the following conditions are true:

• Insufficient memory is installed in your printer.
  
  
• The printer driver for your printer is outdated.

To resolve this issue, install additional printer memory.

If the issue continues to occur, contact the manufacturer of your printer to inquire about how to obtain and install the latest driver for your printer.

To work around this issue, decrease the resolution setting for your printer:

1. On the File menu, click Print.
2. In the Name box, click the printer you want to use, and then click Properties.
3. Click the Graphics tab.
4. In the Resolution box, click a lower resolution setting, and then click OK.
5. Click to select the Draft quality printing check box, and then click OK to print the spreadsheet.
