SYMPTOMS

When you create and name a new folder in the right-side pane in Windows Explorer, this folder in the left-side pane may not immediately reflect the correct name. If you then click Refresh on the View menu, the folder name may be updated in the left side pane, but the folder may be sorted as if its name is still New Folder. However, if you quit and then restart Windows Explorer, the view refreshes properly. Note that this behavior only occurs after you start Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0.
