When you install Windows 2000, the Setup program may not copy word breaker files from the I386\Lang folder to the dynamic-link library (DLL) cache. In addition, the first time you run System File Checker, it may not add these files to the DLL cache.
This behavior occurs regardless of the amount of free space on the drive, the size of the DLL cache or the source of the installation files. RESOLUTION
To work around this problem, manually expand the appropriate files and place them in the DLL cache by using the following steps:
