When you format a Microsoft Works 2000 Spreadsheet column as Time, and you enter the time in a European format (H,M,S), every time entry is converted to 12:00 AM in that column. For example, 2,53 becomes 12:00 AM.
When you format a Spreadsheet column as General, and you enter the time in a European format, the comma is dropped.
CAUSE
This issue may occur because you have not changed the Windows regional settings for time.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, follow these steps:
