Computer Does Not Resume After Suspend Mode

SYMPTOMS

The computer may fail to resume from the Suspend mode. This failure can either be a spontaneous restart of the system or a blue-colored screen with an address starting with 0E : 0028.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur when you are using Iomega software versions 2.0 or 2.2.1.

RESOLUTION

To allow the system to suspend and resume correctly, either remove the Iomega software from Add/Remove Programs or remove the software from the startup group.
