Works: Error Message When You Click Page Setup in Works Spreadsheet

SYMPTOMS

When you click Page Setup on the File menu in a Microsoft Works Spreadsheet document, you may receive the following error message:

An error has occurred in your program. To keep working anyway click Ignore and save your work in a new file.
To quit this program, click Close. You will lose information you entered since your last save.

When you click Close, you may receive the following error message:

WKSSS caused a general protection fault in module HPFWIN15.dll

CAUSE

This behavior can occur when you print to a Hewlett Packard (HP) DeskJet 895c printer.
