If you print a document that was created with a Microsoft Works Word Processor template, the printed document may appear different in one of the following ways from how it appears in Print Preview:
CAUSE
The behavior can occur if the margins in the Works Word Processor template are smaller than the margin requirements of your printer. If this is the case, a new page is created to accommodate the content, and in some cases, the extra page is blank. Some printers that may exhibit this behavior include the following:
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, adjust the top and bottom margins of the document to match the margin requirements of your printer. To adjust the margins of you document and accurately preview the printed document, follow these steps:
