Works: Page Up and Page Down Keys Don't Work As Expected in Print Preview

SYMPTOMS

When you view a Microsoft Works Spreadsheet document in Print Preview and the spreadsheet has more than one page, pressing PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN may not change pages as expected.

This behavior can occur if you click Zoom In on the standard toolbar. Pressing PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN changes pages only if the entire page is visible. Otherwise, the PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN keys move you to the bottom or top of the portion of the page that is visible on the screen.

RESOLUTION

To work around this behavior, press CTRL+PAGE DOWN and CTRL+PAGE UP to move between pages after you click Zoom In in the Print Preview window.
