When you click the
Signature Picker list to select a signature in Outlook, you may receive a Dr. Watson error message.
This behavior occurs because the Comctl32.dll file is missing some of the required Component Object Model (COM) components for drop-down boxes.
The Comctl32.dll file that is missing the COM components is part of Internet Explorer installation. To resolve this behavior, update your version of Internet Explorer 5 to Internet Explorer 5.01 Service Pack 1 (SP1) or to Internet Explorer 5.5.
