SYMPTOMS

When you use a Hotmail account in Outlook 2002 and you receive a message that is addressed to your account and a Microsoft Exchange account that came from another Outlook 2002 user with an Exchange and Hotmail account in their profile, the Exchange account reply address, from the To field, may be the same as the in the Display Name. This only happens if the message was sent from the Hotmail account.

This causes a non-delivery receipt (NDR) for the Exchange address if you click Reply To All in the message.
