Cannot Start Help and Support By Pressing F1 While You Are Using Slideshow Mode

If you press F1 while you are viewing the contents of the My Picture folder (or another folder with pictures) in Slideshow mode, Help and Support does not start.

To work around this problem, press ESC to exit Slideshow mode, and then press F1 to start Help and Support, or click Start, and then click Help and Support.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
