If you use Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA) to log on to Exchange 2000 Server, name resolution may not work correctly. Even if the security settings are set correctly, the user names of users in a different organizational unit may resolve when you verify the users' availability in an appointment. This behavior can cause difficulty if each organizational unit is used as a different security unit. For example, if a hosting service provider of Exchange 2000 has several companies in one domain, the employees of one company should not be able to check the names of users in the other company.
