SYMPTOMS

The following event error is logged in the Application log on the computer that is running Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server:

Computer: Computer_Name
Description:
Message processing failed because there is not enough available memory (8007000E-82000387).

Note The description for the 8007000E hexadecimal error code is MAPI_NO_MEMORY.

RESOLUTION

A supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem.
