You can use the MSDN version of Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server in a production environment if you have the End-User License Agreement (EULA) for the retail version of Exchange 2000. MSDN ships a Retail Full Packaged Product (FPP) version of Exchange 2000. The FPP version of Exchange 2000 does not have limitations on supported features.
