When trying to send a web page by email, both secure (https://) and non-secure (http://), using Outlook Express, you may get an error message and the web page cannot be sent. Specifically, this error message is: The current document cannot be sent as email. Would you like to send a shortcut instead?
1. Click Start, and then click on Run.
2. In the Open box, type regsvr32 ole32.dll, and then click OK.
3. In the RegSvr32 dialog box, click OK.
4. Restart the computer.
