SUMMARY

You cannot format an individual record or field entry in a Works for Windows database. Formatting changes, including font, style, numeric format, alignment, borders, shading and width, will apply to every record in the selected field.

NOTE: In Works version 2.0, only one font can be chosen for each view of the database, and shading and borders are not available.
