SUMMARY

There is a fraction on the right side of the database status bar in Works for Windows. This fraction represents the number of visible records in the database compared to the total number of records.

MORE INFORMATION

For example, if the fraction is 10/10, there are 10 records in the database, and all of them are visible. If the fraction is 9/10, there are 10 records in the database and one of them is hidden. The number just to the left of this fraction is the current record number.
