SUMMARY

You can enter data in a Microsoft Works for Windows spreadsheet(without data protection) or database list by selecting the series of cells where data is to be entered and then pressing ENTER after each cell entry. The cursor will automatically advance to the next cell in the selected area. This method eliminates the need to press ENTER followed by an arrow key to advance to the next cell.
