When you try to remove Microsoft Works 6, you receive a message to insert the Works 6 CD.

This issue may occur if the following conditions are true:

• Works 6 came preinstalled on your computer.
• You are running Microsoft Windows XP.

To resolve this issue, insert the Works 6 CD to remove the software.
