You receive an error message or your modem connection is dropped when you use Outlook 2000

The following symptoms may occur when you use Microsoft Outlook 2000:

To configure Outlook 2000 in IMO mode, follow these steps:

1. Start Outlook 2000.
2. On the Tools menu, click Accounts.

6. Quit Outlook 2000.

4. Click the Connections tab.
