On This PageSYMPTOMSIn Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server and in Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, when you use
Collaborative Data Objects (CDO) to programmatically accept and respond to a
meeting request update, that update is processed correctly. However, if you do
not programmatically remove the meeting request after you respond to it, you
experience the following symptoms:

Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing this specific problem. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
