You receive an error message in Outlook Web Access when you try to save a rule that moves or copies items to a target folder

When you use Microsoft Office Outlook Web Access, you cannot save changes to a rule that moves or copies items to a target folder. When you try to save the rule, you receive an error message that is similar to the following:

This problem may occur if the target folder has extended ASCII characters in the folder name.

Note Extended ASCII characters include characters such as ä and é.

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.
