When you use the Move Mailbox feature in Active Directory Users and Computers to move a mailbox, the In-Reply-To field is removed from the Simple Mail Transfer protocol (SMTP) header of any messages in the mailbox.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the Move Mailbox operation does not retain the In-Reply-To field when the conversion from Internet format to MAPI format occurs.
RESOLUTIONHotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article.
