How to back up and restore the registry in Windows SYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario. You use the Outlook Web Access Web Administration tool on a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 back-end server to do the following. Note You may have configured other settings before you click OK, but the other settings are not related to the error message that you receive. Under the Accepted Front-end Servers box, you receive an error message that is similar to the following: Field should contain a comma delimited list of servers containing only alphanumeric characters, hyphens and underscores with no white spaces. WORKAROUNDTo work around this issue, you must enter the FQDN in the registry. To do this, follow these steps. Warning Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly by using Registry Editor or by using another method. These problems might require that you reinstall the operating system.
