Exchange 2000: Unable to Expand Public Folders in Exchange System Manager

In Exchange 2000, when trying to expand public folders in Exchange System Manager, the following error message may occur:

In Internet Information Service (IIS) Manager, the following ISAPI Filter may be installed:

/WebID/IISWebAgentIF.dll filter

This may be installed by the RSA Security Tool.

To Remove this filter:

1. In Internet Information Service (IIS) Manager, located the Default Web Site. Or this may be located on the Master level for all Web Site.
2. Right-click on Default Web Site and choose Properties.
3. Click on the ISAPI Filters tab, if the IISWebAgentIF.dll filter is listed, remove it from the list.
4. Click OK.
