When you try to start the Microsoft SoftGrid 3.x Client, the program does not respond, and you receive the following error message:
When this problem occurs, the following entry is logged in the SoftGrid Client log file (Sftlog.txt): Additionally, the following entry is logged in the SoftGrid Virtual Application Server log file (Sft-server.log):
The SoftGrid Client could not be started. An unexpected error occurred.
Please report the following error code to your System Administrator.

This problem can occur if the following condition is true:
