  1. Start Registry Editor.
  2. Expand
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Softricity\SoftGrid Client\CurrentVersion
    .
  3. Right-click CurrentVersion, click Export, and then save the .reg file.
  4. Right-click Suite Reference Count. Then click Delete.

  6. Right-click CurrentVersion, point to New, and then click Key.
  7. In the New Key #1 field, type Suite Reference Count.
  8. Right-click Suite Reference Count. Then click Permissions.
  9. Select Everyone, click Full Control, and then click OK.
  10. Right-click CurrentVersion, point to New, and then click Key.
  11. In the New Key #1 field, type Users.
