A McAfee antivirus program may detect the Sftfsxp.sys SoftGrid file as a Backdoor-BAC Trojan horse program

After you install the Microsoft SoftGrid client, the antivirus program that you have installed on the computer may detect the Sftfsxp.sys SoftGrid file as a Trojan horse program that is named Backdoor-BAC.

This issue may occur if the following conditions are true:

• The antivirus program that you have installed is manufactured by McAfee, Inc.
• The McAfee antivirus program does not have the latest virus signature updates downloaded and installed.
