CAUSE The upgrade stops if the Microsoft FrontPage server extensions are already installed in Windows Server 2003. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, uninstall the FrontPage server extensions, perform the upgrade, and then reinstall the FrontPage server extensions. To do this, use one of the following methods. Method 1: Use the Add or Remove Programs item in Control Panel
