meeting, you receive the following message: If you click Yes in the
message, the meeting page closes and saves the meeting. However, Outlook does
not send out meeting cancellations to the attendees. Note, after you install the update in the Microsoft Knowledge Base article 961752 or Office 2007 Service Pack 2 you receive the following error instead: Out of memory or system resources. Close some windows or programs and try again. CAUSEThis issue occurs because Outlook cannot send meeting cancellations to attendees when there are no recipients in the To
field. WORKAROUNDTo work around this issue, use one of the following methods.
Method 1Cancel the meeting without saving it in the organizer's Calendar folder. To do this, follow these steps:
