You cannot update the task complete percentage to any value other than 0 or 100 in Outlook Web Access

SYMPTOMS

In an Exchange server 2007 environment, you create and save a task by using OWA. Then, you change the format setting option in the Regional and Language options of the operating system to any language that uses commas as a decimal symbol, such as Dutch. After that, you cannot update the task complete percentage to any value other than 0 or 100 in Outlook Web Access. This problem occurs regardless of whether the regional setting in the OWA client is set to any other option. However, if you use an Outlook client for the same operation, there is no problem.
