2008-based terminal server by using Citrix
clients, users receive the following error
message: Closing the Citrix ICA client window will
disconnect you from the Citrix XenApp server. Are you sure you want to close
and disconnect?"
Note This problem does not occur with RDP clients. CAUSEThis problem occurs because a licensing error in Windows
2008 Terminal Services is exposed when you use Citrix XenApp 5.0. RESOLUTIONTo fix this problem, install hotfix 958612 on Windows
Server 2008 terminal servers. Hotfix informationA supported hotfix is available from Microsoft. However, this hotfix is intended to correct only the problem that is described in this article. Apply this hotfix only to systems that are experiencing the problem described in this article. This hotfix might receive additional testing.
