Article ID: 959379 - Last Review: May 5, 2009 - Revision: 1.0 Auto Accept Agent stops working after you move a resource mailbox to another store on an Exchange Server 2003 server
On This PageSYMPTOMSConsider the following scenario. You deploy Auto Accept
Agent on a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2) server, and you
register a mailbox as the resource mailbox. When a meeting request involves the
resource mailbox, Auto Accept Agent checks the availability of the resource's
calendar and then automatically sends an "accept" or "decline" message to the
meeting organizer. However,
after you move this resource mailbox to another mailbox store, Auto Accept Agent may stop automatically responding. CAUSEThis problem occurs because of a change that was introduced by a hotfix for servers that are running Exchange Server 2003 SP2. If you have this hotfix installed, you may encounter this problem.
