Resolution

Use the Application Virtualization 4.5 Sequencer to remove the following files from the CS3 package:

For the Distiller: Under the directory "Q:\<package root>\Acrobat 8.0\Acrobat" delete the file acrotray.exe.config.

Note for Distiller to work, you need to launch it after launching one of the other apps that starts the licensing service.  If you launch Distiller by itself, you'll get the following error:

"Adobe Distiller cannot continue because Acrobat is not activated".

For Photoshop: Under the directory "Q:\ <package root>\Adobe Photoshop CS3" delete the files:

·         Microsoft.VC80.CRT.manifest

·         msvcm80.dll

·         msvcp80.dll

·         msvcr80.dll

For Illustrator: Under the directory "Q:\ <package root>\Adobe Illustrator CS3\Support Files\Contents\Windows" delete the files:

·         Microsoft.VC80.CRT.manifest

·         msvcr80.dll

·         msvcp80.dll

For Flash: Under the directory "Q:\ <package root>\Adobe Flash CS3" delete the files:

·         Microsoft.VC80.CRT.manifest

·         msvcm80.dll

·         msvcp80.dll

·         msvcr80.dll

Once the files have been deleted, start and stop Monitoring one time to make sure the deletions take effect.
