SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, you enable the "Show Contact linking in all forms" feature. Then, you link a contact to a meeting request and send the meeting request to the meeting attendees. In this case, when the meeting attendees open the meeting request, the contact linking information is missing.

Note The contact linking information is not missing in the meeting request that is sent from an Outlook 2003 user.
