After you change the server name of a LDAP address book, the address book is not listed on the Addressing tab in Outlook 2003

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, you change the server name of a Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) address book. After that, the LDAP address book is not listed on the Addressing tab under When sending mail, check names using these address lists in the following order as expected.

RESOLUTION

To fix this problem, install the hotfix that is described in Microsoft Knowledge Base article 968688. For more information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
