CAUSEThis issue occurs because Exchange Server 2003 and Exchange 2000 Server retain mailbox information for users who are no longer mail-enabled. Therefore, the mailbox still appears in Antigen. RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, remove the deleted mailbox from Exchange Server 2003 or from Exchange 2000 Server:
